In a previous post The Higher Sources discussed about the Illuminati or Hidden Controlling Powers (HCPs). In this post they discuss about how they operate and what have they done in order to stifle the progress of humanity. 

The Illuminati is also known as the:

I ask The HS to answer my questions about how they operate.

Q: If the Illuminati exert significant, controlling influence on society in general, across the world, how do they achieve this yet remain hidden, concealed and beyond detection?
HS: Compartmentalization and delegation, they operate through proxies.

Q: Do we know who the proxies are?
HS: Yes, their names and identities are well known but their participation in the master scheme is never revealed.

Q: Why are they never revealed?
HS: The Illuminati have complete, total and unwavering loyalty to their interests. The proxies who they employ understand intrinsically that if the proxies were to reveal who they are and what they know, and how they do it, almost nobody would believe them, so the effort would prove futile.

Q: Why don't their proxies ever try it?
HS: They do, but are forced to keep quiet, or sometimes silenced.

Q: How can the Illuminati affect so much world behavior yet remain hidden? This means they never act directly, correct?
HS: There is no shortage of willing subordinates enslaved to their own egos, desires and wants. It is not difficult to twist, sway or coerce a key person into acting as a proxy.

Q: How can the Illuminati do it?
HS: The subject proxy to be controlled is slowly, gently yet consistently reinforced to believe s/he is superior, capable, intelligent and lucky, starting from a time when s/he finds it very difficult to resist the lure of power.

One method used is to offer secretive information, which is power. Knowing what the vast, vast majority of mankind does not know develops a sense of authority and control which the subjects find intoxicating. They revel in their power. They are addicted to it.

Q: How can they become this way?
HS: Just as a person can become addicted to the attention and love of, from and to their children. Unlike the nearly universal instinct to protect a child a parent, especially a mother nearly always feels, it is also possible to develop similar love and affection for other people, if the process is begun later in life.

Q: Okay, turning away from Illuminati a moment, let's focus on the subordinates. How are proxies recruited, motivated and maintained?
HS: This is more complicated, but the process has been fine-tuned and safeguarded.

Q: How is it safeguarded?
HS: As we mentioned earlier, compartmentalization. Each subordinate is given knowledge and information necessary for his or her role as a proxy, but is never allowed to know the greater scheme. S/he might suspect more is happening but can never know the goal or the strategic steps of the plan followed to reach the goal. If what s/he learns is revealed, it is never material to the overall plan, and s/he is nearly always backed up by an alternate.

Q: Can't the subordinate proxies just quit?
HS: Of course, but their wealth, power and the control which flows from them, are cut off. They are told this at certain points and sometimes shown examples of proxies who in fact & deed, rebel to become ostracized from the position.

Q: What incentives and rewards are they given?
HS: Financial and emotional.

Q: How big are the financial rewards for the proxies?
HS: Enormous, sufficient to live a life of luxury and comfort beyond any realm of possibility.

Q: How do the rewards get taken away for resisting?
HS: Their bank and investment accounts are made to disappear. The rewards are never offered in ways the proxy can control, but the ways the wealth is given are similar and often better than what the proxy her or himself would do anyway. This maintains control over those accounts in a way such accounts can be made to disappear. If that step is taken, the proxy is informed of the consequences. Nobody outside this process would believe the tale of woe if the proxies stripped of wealth were to complain, and the paper trail which proves the wealth was once held in the name of the proxy, goes up in smoke.

Q: Can't a subordinate proxy keep paper records?
HS: Of course, and these can be made to disappear also but more than likely they are denounced as fraudulent. The proxy subordinate knows s/he cannot reveal this information without generating overwhelming questions about the source of the wealth, which is far beyond even what corruption would provide them.

Q: Doesn't a crisis of conscience ever take over a proxy?
HS: Yes, but so few are willing to both lose it and face imprisonment that dealing with a rogue subordinate becomes very rare. Thus it is easy to paint one as a skilled and corrupt leader, to sew enormous doubt into the minds of the general public about the character of the attempted whistleblower.

Q: Do the subordinates operate under a cloud of fear all the time?
HS: No, almost never. They are almost never asked to do anything which is not their proper job, they rarely see what they do as illegal or immoral. To the contrary, they often believe their decisions truly are the right thing to do, and to be so splendidly rewarded for that feels to them as if they have been given a willing lottery ticket.

Q: From where do the Illuminati get wealth?
HS: The printing press, which they control.

Q: In other words, they control the monetary authorities?
HS: Oh yes. The Illuminati created them, the central banks.

Q: So the federal reserve system in the USA is an HCP creation?
HS: Yes, as are all organizations which issue currency.

Q: The eurozone?
HS: It was created by the Illuminati also.

Q: Do subordinate proxies ever get "disappeared" if the poverty punishment doesn't or isn't expected to work?
HS: No, not necessary. Simply forcing them through a private, financial defrocking and stripping them of their power is enough. If they complain, they come across as a crazy person, and proxies all understand this.

Q: Returning to the Illuminati themselves, how do they maintain control yet remain undetected and undetectable?
HS: They use many layers of subordinates to carry out orders, commands and what are nearly always seen as instructions. The Illuminati also use front organizations and people who operate them, to hold accounts.

If subordinates attempt to claim non-ownership of something which by every means and measure of ownership is theirs, they come across as crazy.

Q: Do the Illuminati ever meet with subordinates?
HS: Of course, but never in places the subordinate proxies frequent or normally appear. The meeting is always off campus, always off the ranch as it were, set up to appear as bona fide and as legitimate as anything else in the subordinate's life.

Q: How about a head of state?
HS: These people travel all the time, it is quite easy to pass messages to them in just a moment or two.

Q: How did the Illuminati arrange for the coronavirus, as you have explained to us?
HS: Corrupting the needy, who were more than willing to work against their perceived adversaries even without fabulous rewards. The corrupted ones became all the more willing to do it for a lifetime of wealth and comfort.

Q: Wealth which can be made to disappear in an instant?
HS: Yes.

Q: What exists to keep a check on the Illuminati?
HS: Nothing, they have free reign to act as they wish, and they do.
 
Q: Most people would say this is a paranoid conspiracy, because none of it can be proved.
HS: You now see how general ideas and attitudes operate to enforce the will of the Illuminati?

Q: What would happen if the Illuminati simply faded away? Their existence and presence just ended; no more orders, commands, rewards or punishments?
HS: Not much immediately, however soon general improvements in human development would occur.

Q: Are the Illuminati flamboyant people who flaunt wealth?
HS: No, they have no reason or desire, because they have so much. Compare one to a cattle farmer; how much beef can be eaten and how often before the rancher grows tired of it? The Illuminati can only have so many things before they cannot have and do not need any more. Their addiction is to power; they are smug beyond what you can imagine and truly believe their existence and activities are necessary to maintain human order and development.

Q: In the USA, the forty fifth president seemed to do many a thing to improve economics but that all now seems forgotten. Wouldn't good economic tides be attractive to the Illuminati?
HS: No, there exists no such concern for them. They have unlimited wealth; they can print and create whatever money they need. They trade in control.

Q: How could the world rid itself of them?
HS: Simple; shrink your governments. If you do not know what percentage of a nation's national product output is collected as taxes, read into this topic and see how it has increased over the most recent one hundred twenty years. This analysis will demonstrate how the Illuminati have risen to influence our outright control the entire world.

Q. Do the HCP also control all the crypto currencies?
HS: The alternative money index funds, popularly known as cryptocurrencies, are monitored by HCPs but not controlled. The true concern is held by government bureaucrats we all have, know about and love (not). Employees at this level fly well below HCP radar.

Bear in mind, cryptocurrencies are valued in government issued currency amounts. Even where buyers & sellers agree to exchange them in a transaction, cryptos can't be used for >99.99% of purchase transactions worldwide.

Q. What's the percentage of head of states, head of governments, presidents, kings and queens, who are actually HCP proxies?
HS: The HCPs are not heads of state EVER. The HCPs manage, throttle, control & handle heads of state to the extent necessary to maintain control over the citizenry. 

Worldwide, heads of state of all various flavors are employees. Proxies are simply front people, figurehead representatives, two very different things. Heads of state are contacted by proxies, who act as the "go-betweens" or runners for the HCPs.

Insofar as how many heads-of-state are controlled to some degree by the HCPs?

One Hundred Percent

The differences are to what degree and how much influence each head-of-state can exert. Controlling 5% of the British Prime Minister's decisions means something vastly different from controlling 100% of what Malawi's President does.

Q. When will there be a downfall of the Illuminati?
HS: You'll never see the HCP downfall because you do not see them now. As things change, the ability of the HCPs to influence governments will fade (fast) as the governments themselves lose power & position.

Q: Do the HCPs believe they are truly acting for the benefit of mankind.
HS: As happens with many, many things.

Supporters advocate with passion, convinced their solution will bring about true improvements. The USA went down this mistaken path a century ago with The Volstead Act, better known as Prohibition. It solved almost nothing and caused massive, accumulating problems for more than dozen years.

Bear in the mind, the HCPs are drug addicted to power, much as a sexual predator attacks victims to impose control, to extract fear & terror to which he is also addicted.

The benevolence part is the window dressing used to fool themselves. The majority know their disappearance would likely bring about improvements. Consider the vastly unmanaged, unregulated and untaxed industrial development in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom in the middle to late 19th century. No doubt similar things would have happened elsewhere to even greater degrees than they have but for the disease of government manipulated behind the curtains by the HCP tumors.

General views, impression & image of the HCPs are negative, where & whenever the cult, the illuminati or the new world order get attention. Most of this emotion goes nowhere any human can detect, because HCPs are not an identifiable group. Inquiring minds want to know, of course, what they do and/or have done to affect humanity.

Q: Esteemed HS, can you list specific things the HCPs have done, or known historical events they brought about?
HS: Yes, however the far greater part of what they do is not related to specific incidents, occurrences, events or happenings. The much larger part of what they do, is to influence to the point of strict control in some matters, the general ebb & flow of political and economic tendencies.

To provide a brief list, the controlling behind-the-scenes influencers assassinated USA President Kennedy, removed Donald Trump from office by engineering a pandemic and recruited Barack Obama to run for president of the USA.

Q: How about wars?
HS: No, the HCPs do not set up conditions of war or attempt to instigate them.

Q: What about economic policy?
HS: This is their reason for being, because money is the means through which human behavior is reflected and controlled.

Q: What policies do they influence or control?
HS: Interest rates, money supply, specific loans and many investment arrangements.

Q: What sort of investment arrangements?
HS: Not well known or understood by the general public are the manner & methods monetary authorities create money, then extinguish it. The well-studied, publicly known methods are the printing press which long ago became electronic and the increase in interest rates, interest collected being destroyed to reduce the money supply.

The HCPs skim the supposedly destroyed money, but investments large and small are the source of borrowing which create interest payments.

Q: Federal reserve member banks paying interest to the USA's federal reserve, are a source of HCP wealth?
HS: Yes. The creation of money is legitimate. Attempting to interfere with this process would be found out or become extremely complicated to cover up. At the other end of the federal reserve's activities, interest paid as the source of funds to be extinguished is the far better source, because the money is intended to be disappeared. It seems to, as far as the federal reserve knows.
 
Q: How do the HCPs control society this way?
HS: Sooner or later and often sooner, popular trends involve businesses, information about them or information as the business itself. The HCPs do not care much for the popular trends themselves one way or the other; they care about a compliant population that continues to patronize certain business or industries thus maintain the money cycle. Think of water and how it circulates from oceans to clouds and back to the oceans. The HCPs want clouds, skim from them and use that wealth to influence the masses who make the oceans.

Q: What kinds of wealth do the HCPs accumulate this way?
HS: Hundreds of billions per person at the low end, key leaders in the trillion US dollar range.

Q: What happens with this wealth?
HS: It is used to tempt & to reward.

Q: How the heck can they do this?
HS: The money is supposed to be destroyed, thus disappear. Nobody looks for the ashes, shreds or remains of equipment decommissioned, then sold as scrap. Nobody looks for destroyed money, either. Who do you know that seeks trash, frequents landfills or regularly visits a dump? Consider these examples we mention are physical; when the physicality is no longer an issue, the ease of control increases.

Q: What happens when the HCPs identify a key target with authority they would like to corrupt, offer money but get turned down?
C: The HCPs usually find another target, and typically secure an asset quickly. Humans like money. Where the key player bursts onto the scene without enough advance notice to allow him, or her, to be turned to their will, a combination of lures & threats is used.

Q: Do the HCPs react badly when turned down?
HS: No, this is childishly counter-productive.

Q: Do the HCPs practice much assassination, or any?
C: No, but will do it for self-preservation. Careful yet efficient compartmentalization of authorities & information prevents the formation of risk.

Q: In what do the HCPs invest?
HS: Nothing; no legitimate or criminal business can produce cash flow much less returns on investment which come close to what can be taken from destroyed money.

Q: Okay then how much money is taken from central bank destroyed funds?
HS: All of it.

Q: How can they do this?
HS: HCPs created the money destruction procedures. No outsider could ever detect what happens.

Q: This isn't stealing?
HS: What is being thrown away, destroyed or disposed of is trash. Taking trash is not stealing, if the intent to get rid of something permanently is present. So you see, no need ever exists to invest, sell such investment or realize cashflow from it.

Q: They take ALL the money supposedly extinguished by monetary authorities?
HS: The ones they control, yes. If the destroyed funds were split or divided, what goes to one place would suggest a trail of other portions leads to a different or several places. It is all supposed to disappear, so it does.

Q: The HCPs have a network of people to carry out their work?
HS: Extensive and many times redundant, yes.

Q: Why don't they forget about the command & control aspects of their existence and just enjoy the money?
HS: Spoken from the perspective of a person whose money is limited. We can assure you, if you were exposed to enough money, the mechanisms and the effects of it for sufficient time, seasoning & exposure, the enjoyment of money would cease to be enjoyment. Nobody enjoys money, they enjoy things and activities other humans provide in return for money.

Q: So why do the HCPs manipulate public policy?
HS: They are deluded into believing their desire for goodness and benevolence affords them authority to bring it about, and this includes the elimination of resistance. They recruit from among people who believe in their hearts that centralized solutions, centralized authority and big pushes are the best way to get things done.

Q: They don't want to start wars?
HS: No, end but ideally prevent them. They mistakenly believe that human societies, if left to their own, will abuse other groups for advantage and thus create resentment among the abused. The horror of the USA's civil war, where states of the south created a federation and seceded from the nation, brough about the HCP idea is that the central government's attempts to control states brought about the rebellion, where only war would quell the resistance and allow the nation to remain intact. Their goal is to prevent massive swings one way or the other, through control of interests which might come to oppose one another, by squashing dissent long before it can metastasize.

Q: It sounds as if they have noble intentions gone awry, in fact gone way wrong.
HS: But not to themselves.

1. Do the HCPs know one another?
2. Do the HCP coordinate their actions? If so, how do they resolve their difference of opinion?
3. When proxies (who, I assume are known super-rich or influential persons) meet the HCPs, do the proxies know the identities of the HCPs and the fact that they are supposed to obey their commands?
4. If the HCPs control all the central banks of the world and can print money at will, does that mean that all these banks are printing and sending unaccounted for money which is not recorded in the book keeping process?

6. Every currency note is supposed to have a unique number which belong to a "series". Do the central banks print duplicate currency notes i.e. multiple notes having the same number and thus bypass the accounting process?

A1. Yes, but not more than a few. A structured, compartmentalized arrangement is used to prevent being identified as a group, because no group can form.
2. Of course. A hierarchy of authorities is used, just as exists in a known organization. The difference is, most identities are unknown, the arrangement is made so this is not necessary.
3. The people who act as proxies are not always rich and influential, but often are because of their position as one. No, identities are unknown by the proxies. Yes, the proxies obey blindly, but are happy to do it. Their rewards are far beyond anything imaginable for doing what they are instructed. The penalties are also a great motivator.
4. Yes, but the money is no longer printed. It is created electronically; it is accounted for but disguised. Access to records is very severely restricted and coded so even if examined, the source and uses cannot be identified.
5. Military and diplomatic plans, personal information about a leader, the function and operation of the human mind, the existence of the soul, alien extraterrestrials.

8. It began to form as global transportation and communication became more reliable, approximately twelve decades ago.
9. Yes but the planning stage is long complete, the world is in the implementation stage now.

Q. How can the rest of us learn how to manifest out of thin air?

Do the HCPs ever feel bad for the horrible things they do to us? I seriously don't understand how a human being purposely hurt another without regard in the way they do. I'm assuming they have children. Do they ever think about what if someone harmed their children the way they harm us?

A. The HCPs know what readers of this website and its material know, things most humans will flat out disbelieve.

You have already learned it.

Most people disbelieve anything can be manifested out of thin air because they do not believe it. Often the newcomer to the process needs to see it happen with her/his own eyes. (Back to the human challenge, everything has to be seen, heard, smelled, touched or tasted for a human to believe it exists).

Once a person believes in the power, effect & ability of the mind and its power, then also sees the mind create physical things, then the beginnings of manifestation can take place. Think of the scene from Star Wars (1st movie) where Luke is being taught to levitate his space cruiser from the swamp. If you have not seen this scene, it is worth the time to look for it on say YooToob or by watching the entire movie.

They don't feel bad; they do not think they do horrible things. They know horrible things exist, but they do not do them, in their minds, their actions have costs and benefits, the latter outweigh the former.

The few who have children protect them as they protect themselves. The consistency of treatment you mention, the absence of hypocrisy and fairness of treatment to others as one would prefer for oneself, doing so would undermine their systems, their positions and everything they have.

Q. 1) How do the HCPs maintain their numbers?
2) Do they bring their children in to take over?
3) Are new HCPs created that are not from their families?
4) What kind of things can they manifest out of thin air?
5) Why do they consider themselves benevolent if they are so smart. It's clear they are anything but benevolent.

4. Almost anything the size of a human body or smaller, individually. For larger things, this requires several people. For example they can manifest cash money.

Q.  So Rothchilds etc..are lower-ranking position in this particular HCP's hierarchy?

A. Not rank, this suggests a lower rung part of the same hierarchy. The Rothschilds or whatever or whoever they are, are not a part of the HCPs and cannot be ranked alongside, or above or below.

Any person or institution in the world is potentially subject to their will, as soon as that person or institution becomes important enough to attract it.

The HCPs only control what the controlled allow.
