Q: Let’s start with the next few days. Today’s Friday the twenty third of December; a bitterly cold, fast and strong mass of cold air from Siberia, has “Russia-ed” across the USA by way of Canada. HS: This is The Shift. The initial cause is solar energy reaching Earth, followers of scientific news might remember a strong magnetic field disturbance to Earth a little more than a week ago. This rift or break in the magnetosphere allowed upper atmosphere effects which caused shift is high altitude airflows. The result was the movement of the cold air over portions of North America where such temperatures are rarely reached.

Q: What were the effects? How did this happen?

HS: You have all heard of the australis or aurora borealis, the effects of solar wind upon the upper atmosphere. This recent unusual opening allowed more solar energy to reach the upper atmosphere, causing unusual temperatures for the layers of air involved. Rising air from lower levels temporarily altered wind patterns, allowing the very cold air to move across regions of Earth’s surface where this rarely happens.

Q: Are we going to see the implementation of central bank digitized currency in year 2023? By this I mean money which cannot be converted to cash or given to others by paper cheques.

HS: Yes. Several nations will adopt it, partially. The implementation will not be forced, not at first. The introduction will be deemed voluntary, offered for the efficiency and betterment of the citizenry. The imposition portion will follow after enough volunteers have adopted the system.

Q: What will be the goal?

HS: Control of behavior.

Q: What about pandemic type restrictions on movement, travel and personal contact as the result of another virus or something else?

HS: This is not coming in 2023.

Q: We’re now riding the downslope of the first oil shock. Is the next one coming in 2023 or later?

HS: At nearly the end of 2023 crude oil prices will rise again sharply.

Q: What will happen to the economy in US, EU, Russia, China and the rest of the world?

HS: The correct answers, and many could be offered, are very different from each other. What is accurate for one perspective or circumstance is not for another. Your question seeks a prediction of economic indicators and purchasing power. Changes to prices and incomes must both be considered together, before economic effects have meaning.

When these two are examined, the conclusions will be contraction or shrinkage. To what degree, in which parts of the economy and most importantly to which people, will be decided then revealed. These decisions remain open.

Q: Has inflation come back for good?

HS: Inflation is permanent, a study of economics will reveal why. Your question means, will price inflation continue at higher levels than have been typical for the past few years. Bear always in mind, because price inflation always happens, an increase is always likely. The concept of physics that defines inertia applies in many ways not apparently related directly to physical objects and movement.

Price inflation now happening will continue for more than a decade, compared to increases which occurred in most nations over the most recent ten year period.

Q:  Will energy prices keep going up?

HS: These commodities are a key component and driver of price inflation. Of course. Yes. Variations will occur. Forget not, another sharp and fast increase in prices will come and as a surprise.

Q:  What is the prediction for the market in 2023?

HS: Under the presumption this refers to stock trading or equity ownership of company shares, declines will be the general trend.

Q: Will the geopolitical power plays create a new world order?

HS: A new order is always being created; this is social evolution. The question is asking if there will be fast, more abrupt or possible clearly defined series of events which, when taken together in review, demonstrate a pattern not seen as the individual events and incidents which shall come to form the pattern, have occurred.

Q: Will the Ukraine war end next year and how will it end?

HS: The war has ended. The occupation of lands formerly called Ukraine but now part ofRussia, has been established. The conflicts which shall continue to occur are skirmishes arising from resistance unwilling to accept the Russian seizure and conversion of former oblasts part of the former sovereign nation.

Q: So, this very inhospitable weather is an effect of solar energy reaching Earth and a strong magnetic field disturbance. Are events like this going to become more prevalent? Should we expect ridiculously cold winters and hurricane summers to become common in Texas?

HS: Yes, such events will be more frequent, as they have been for several years now. This is part of The Shift we have often mentioned and discussed. How common the unusual events become in just Texas is unknown, but for and within the region of the southern central USA, yes the weather event extremes will increase, occurring unpredictably.

Q: The news is reporting that an estimated 250+ million folks have caught covid in China this month. Are those figures accurate? If so, why so many cases in China and will the latest variety spread worldwide again?

HS: We understand your question to mean, have more than two hundred and fifty million people suffered obvious symptoms from the virus, and the answer is yes and more. The increase of cases is due to several factors; the virus has mutated enough to propagate itself in some sufferers whose immune systems fought off the first release. This is not a large portion of the population affected. Previous severe restrictions prevented the normal development of the viral spread. The idea such measures will or can stop a viral epidemic amounts to noble fantasy.

Yes, the spread worldwide has already begun but the effects will barely be noticeable, but for the news reports promulgated to increase concern, worry and fear.

Q: Is Texas still expected to become an independent republic? If so, when and what will be the catalyst?

HS: Yes, however the distance away from or proximity to such rupture will turn on established political powers, hidden from view, and their ability to prevent the curtailment of government growth. One large part of this will be the decision to prevent Donald Trump from taking office a second time, through election manipulation.

The controllers, what your self-described host scribe has labeled the hidden controlling powers or HCPs, run a graver risk to themselves if their efforts are unsuccessful, than in the election of year twenty twenty. If Donald Trump is prevented from taking office, this decision not yet made, the current political trends and policies will both continue and become more severe. This will accelerate the secession of Texas from the USA, which will occur anyway, eventually.

The eventual development which shall bring about Texas’ departure and re-establishment as an independent, sovereign nation, will be crude oil shortages and extremely high prices worldwide. The USA through the federal government will attempt to seize control of crude oil production; this will be resisted and unsuccessful.

Q: Is a significant Los Angeles earthquake on tap for 2023?
 
HS: Will such event occur in this calendar year? Unlikely but the insistence on calendar date ranges emphasizes once again human fixation of the illusion of time and the detrimental effect this focus has.

Allow us an explanation but please accept our gratitude and thanks for the stimulating question.

The severity of an event, the effects and lessons, do not require a calendar date. The human beneficiaries will be in the place, in the location at the moment the events occur, for each person to receive the benefit her or his life plan includes.

To inquire and ask about whether an event will occur during any one lap Earth makes, regarding the position of Earth along the lap, only matters if the planet will encounter another space object where effects from the conjunction will reach Earth.

Q: We’ve seen a number of volcanos erupting lately. How active will the volcanos be in 2023 and when will the dim period begin?

HS: Not all volcanic activity will be reported, not all effects will be known and little will be widely examined, the results from which are generally distributed. Nevertheless, volcanic activity will increase in this coming human calendar year.

Q: If inflation and resources (Gas and Oil) are going to keep going up in price, how are people going to be able to cook and heat their homes? Our incomes will clearly not be able to keep up. Does this mean many more people will start to die?

HS: As humans have always done, cut back other spending and complain. Littler of the latter will be effective the former will be the solution.

Q: I have heard more lockdowns are on the way with the climate crisis being the excuse. I have also heard that 2023 will see the start of the “you will own nothing and be happy” as people begin to default on mortgages and loans due to the rising energy costs.

HS: Because no climate crisis yet exists, that the illusion of one us used to justify restrictions tells more than we could explain. Government action will be instituted to prevent foreclosures caused by high fuel and heating expenses, where this is a problem.

Q: Will the digital currencies include a tracking system to track the user and the use?

HS: This happens now, as many transactions already are digital. Little trade around the world involves anonymous money. Transactions with an electronic component or element are already being tracked. The difference will become openly admitted use of the information already gathered. Many people will be shocked upon discovery such tracking and monitoring of their activity is being done and has been for decades, just as many people incorrectly believe their electronic communications are not monitored.

Q: Will the digital currencies be backed by gold?

HS: No. Most currency is digital already, as we just mentioned and money has not been supported by gold for many decades. Humans know this well.

Q: Will there be a single digital currency used by all the nations eventually?

HS: No. The desire to impose this exists, but the few people among mankind with the ability to press this forward, prefer the advantages they can extract from many currencies, trading between them and manipulation of exchange rates.

Q: "And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name" - what is this? Digital currency?

HS: Yes, but many such authorizations and permissions are now and will be required.

Q: Will bitcoin or other non-government-controlled crypto currencies continue to exist with these digital currencies?

HS: As we have said, most currency is digital now, existing alongside crypto-currency already. This shall continue. The push to create digital currencies is to exert control. Eliminating the small percentage of transactions still done with cash and other untraceable exchanges of legally recognized tender, makes the transfer of monies for illicit transactions that much more difficult. The argument will be that faud, theft, scams and pyramid schemes will be sharply curtailed but that will be the selling speech. The objective is far from doing this; the goal is to allow nearly absolute data collection of all transactions, thus nearly absolute control over the world’s population.

This does not mean everything about human life will be controlled; in fact very little will, just as little is controlled now with all the digital currency already in use. The ability to step in and control nearly completely any set of circumstances or situation is the objective.

Q: Will the next sharp rise in crude oil price occur due to geophysical disturbances?

HS: No.

Q: How high will the oil price climb on that occasion?

HS: As high as up.

Q: Will there be any event which will cause the closure of the Panama Canal?

HS: Temporarily, yes but not of significant duration to materially affect the transportation of goods and materials through it.

Q: Which countries in Europe will be involved in war after Ukraine?

HS: All of them, depending upon the definition. If you mean to say, which countries will have weapons fire on the soil due to intra- or international armed conflict? These decisions are not yet finalized. The generally accepted understanding of war, with ground forces, naval vessels and air power deployed both offensively and defensively, will be rare across Europe I the coming year.
 
Q: How are the volcanic activities and earthquakes increasing due to the activities of the Sun? What is the mechanism?

HS: As we have explained here, Earth is a massive magnet. The magnetic field traps same from your sun or central star, this generates electricity which energises Earth’s core, heating it. The increases in temperatures produce similar rises in pressure, thus magma and eruptions.

Q: Will the governments ban the private possession of gold in the future?

HS: Yes, just as has been done in the past but for different reasons. Unlike past prohibitions, imposed to prevent speculation and the loss of central bank gold to support paper fiat currency, the upcoming prohibitions will be to prevent gold’s use as a currency, thereby increasing control.

Q: Shall we see a Middle Eastern war involving Israel in the coming year?

HS: Yes, a continuation of the war-like state or condition which has existed there for many decades. You mean to ask will armed conflict involving standing armed forces occur where Israel participates? No.

Q: Are the Gog and the Magog some countries? Which ones?

HS: Yes. We decline to identify; that would come too close to interference.

Q. Previously, the esteemed GAGs commented that China had planned to invade Taiwan long ago and if China were to invade, year 2023 might be the time, but it had not decided yet. Is an invasion in 2023 becoming more or less likely now?

HS: More likely for as long as China believes Donald Trump will not return to office. If Trump becomes the president of the USA in year twenty twenty-four, China would likely withdraw rather than be violently ejected and lose all gains and face. For now China believes Trump will be prevented from power, as he was in twenty twenty.

Q: If so, will the US, or any other country, e.g. Japan, intervene militarily? Will Taiwan fight tooth-and-nail like Ukraine, or will Chinese military prevail quickly?

HS: No; simply the threat of a USA invasion would cause China to either hesitate or withdraw.

Q: Will an invasion of Taiwan create havoc and chaos, outside China/Taiwan, economically and politically, even more than the invasion of Ukraine by Russia? Shortage of computer chips that are used in all electronic goods? Perhaps people should stock up an extra iPhone or computer in case of world-wide shortage?

HS: Havoc always results but if China attempts to seize Taiwan, it will be short lived as the Taiwanese will give in quickly, given the utter futility opposition would represent.

Russian invasion of Ukraine - Ukrainians have fought Russia to a stand-still, thanks to military aid from the US and others. But Ukraine (and its supporters) have difficulty with a long war of attrition. Finland learned that lesson before: it fought off the USSR and killed over 200,000 Soviet soldiers in the 1940s, but the Soviets just kept coming, so it had to give in.
 
Q: Will current military landscape be maintained, or will either side be able to make any significant military gain in the coming year?

HS: No stand-off or stand-still exists that Russia does not want. The image delivered world- wide that Somehow Russian forces are unable to advance, is not accurate in the least. Russia already has made significant military gains, few remain for conquering.

Q: Russia seems to be settling for further annexation of Ukrainian territory (four more provinces), rather than all of Ukraine. What will be the final outcome of the invasion, in terms of the political map?

HS: Russia sees more long term benefit in the break-up of the invaded former nation than swallowing it whole. Doing the latter preserves it, thus the constant mention in the press about Ukraine, which no longer exists as it once did.

The remaining territories Russia chooses to float adrift are highly unlikely to be absorbed by Poland, Moldava, Slovaka or Romania. These areas will remain economically linked to the new Russian oblasts and the remainder of Russia. Russia will have achieved its objective of preventing NATO forces on its front porch and rebuilding a portion of the former Soviet Union.

Q: Will Finland and Sweden be able to join NATO in 2023, or will Turkey keep holding this up?

HS: Finland and Sweden are able to join now, but choose otherwise for the obvious reasons. It might seem logical to lay blame upon Turkey but a deeper look will reveal Turkey is the least likely of these three nations to be able to join NATO.

Q: Will assistance from the US be sustained, now that the Democrats no longer control US Congress? Will reduction in American military aid compel Ukraine to settle with Russia?

HS: We assume this means assistance to Ukraine and this is almost guaranteed to be cut-off unless a serious drastic event forces the continuance of throwing money at the Russian territories of the former Ukraine. Such event is extremely unlikely; we are referring to nuclear warheads deployed.

Q: Don’t think the Illuminati had planned or started this war, but how is the Illuminati spinning/shaping the war to its advantage?

HS: The HCPs had every hand involved in the beginning of this annexation of territory back into Russia.

The Zero-Covid-19 restrictions imposed by China have finally pushed its population to protest on the street, because its economy has been wrecked.

Q: Will the protest persist or subside, now that China will relax some of the strict Zero- Covid-19 restrictions?

HS: Persist but news scrubbed of it.

Q: Will China use an external cause, e.g. invasion of Taiwan, to impose even stricter social and economic control?

HS: China will not impose stricter controls than it already has, whether Taiwan is seized or otherwise.

Q: China never used the Modena or Pfizer gene-modifying vaccine (although its own vaccine is useless against newer covid-19 variants), and is trying to develop its own gene- modifying vaccine. Will relaxation of Zero-Covid-19 restriction cause any significant health crisis among the 1.4 billion population in China?

HS: The restrictions had no material effect in reducing the spread of the virus anywhere in the world, so lifting them likewise had, has and shall have miniscule effects.

Q: Will relaxation of Zero-covid-19 restriction revive the Chinese economy, or will other factors continue to depress the Chinese economy?

HS: Revive briefly but the economy will remain in the doldrums, caused principally by high crude oil prices.

Q: California, Western South America and Eastern Australia have suffered from persistent drought in the past 20 years, interceded by the odd wet year or two. Is this drought weather pattern permanent?

HS: Permanent requires a definition. Will rainfall levels remain as they have been for the most recent two decades, for the upcoming two decades? No, the shift and the dim period will bring about greatly increased rainfall in many places and the general elimination of drought.

Q. Space stations, satellites, and ET - China completed its own space station, along with the International Space Station. Elon Musk also sent up hundreds of low-orbit satellites for communication. And both China and US have announced plans or intention to land astronauts on the Moon. With a dozen astronauts in the two space stations permanently, they must be witnessing many ET activities. How well are the authorities able to impose strict silence by the astronauts about the ET activities observed?

HS: Easily, astronauts are military personnel. Such people are ordered to remain silent and comply.

Q: Will massive solar flare-up wipe out all the thousands of satellites and the space stations in orbit? Can we just send up more afterwards, or will the orbits be too littered with wrecks for replacement?

HS: Some will be permanently disabled, some partially disabled and others unaffected. Several events will occur to reach this stage over several years. An equivalent interval will pass before satellite communication capability returns but the volume will be lower than current levels.

Q: The US and some other countries set up “space force” recently, are these just glorified satellite management agencies, or are they interacting with ET much more substantially than what we have been told? If so, what are they doing with ET lately?

HS: [The USSF was just a formalisation of what the USAF was already doing] No, these are largely military in nature and always were. No space agency is required for governments to interact with visitors from other stars, who can do so easily as they always have.

Q: Is the motivation for the “new” moon missions primarily scientific or are they driven by interaction with ET? Will these new moon missions materialize or succeed in next 10 to 20 years?

HS: These missions are motivated by scientific interests. Yes well within the upcoming decade.

Q. Post covid-19 normality - Most countries, except China, Ukraine and Russia, are gradually returning to life resembling pre-covid normality, i.e. people are travelling and working, students going to school, sportsmen playing games and people going out again. Of course, the economy is weak, inflation high, and unemployment rising. Is there anything else on the horizon for another severe world-wide social and economic disruption in 2023? Another plague, major disruption to the flow of petroleum, war, famine, etc?

HS: Yes, but not plague, war or famine – not yet. Crude oil or petroleum product shortages loom for the end of the incoming year twenty twenty-three.

Q: How will this “new normality” be different from before, until the Shift (disruption to long- distance transportation, higher ambient temperature, and sunlight reduction) firmly sets in?

C:    Shift events will set in firmly, they will be erratic as most people perceive them, but we see what you ask. The term new normality is not a good term, for evolution of all social things means normality or expected events are always evolving. Normality is always temporary.

Humans like change which affects them negatively to occur very slowly if at all but change which creates a perceived benefit to happen very fast, if possible. In practice as you have all learned both develop simultaneously, thus normality is different for all people even as common events either affect them of come into their awareness.

Q. Illuminati/HCP - We all hate the Illuminati for stealing our money and subverting the democratic process. But where the Illuminati holds sway, e.g. North America and Western Europe, the people there generally also enjoy much higher living standard than in areas where the Illuminati is less influential, e.g. China, Russia, and Africa. What are the most harmful (to general public) policies being actively promoted by the Illuminati? Gun control, Black Lives Matter, covid-19 vaccination, government hand-out, affirmative action, or Keystone XL Pipeline?

HS: The HCPs do not steal your money, they simply accumulate what is intentionally intended destroyed as part of monetary policy, control over the amount of money in existence and circulation. They do not subvert the Democratic process; they play all sides. Hedging is their modus operandi. They occasionally distort the process for benefit but allow it to operate as designed in a material way, meaningful way.

Q. The HCPs support and attack all the things you mention, simultaneously. If we knew which policies are initiated by the Illuminati, it would help us resist the Illuminati better. Even for events not instigated by the Illuminati, e.g. covid-19 and Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Illuminati is able to spin reactions to its advantage. What are such reactions spun by the Illuminati that are harmful to the general public? Again, if we knew what such policies are, it would help us resist the Illuminati better.

HS: The HCPs or Illuminati spin no reactions. These are chosen by observers and participants. The HCPs install subordinates in key positions and use them, among other tools, to influence, coerce, force or threaten others to put force policies they prefer, but with great rewards for successful efforts. The cumulative effects of their policies, such as in education, have been to develop ideas and ideologies many people see as normal, better and preferred.
From these ideologies come the reactions which feed conflict and disagreement, again allowing the HCPs to control the factions in disagreement. One effective, clever technique is the inculcation of the notion elected leaders will bring a nation together. This is unnatural in any environment of your soul and has never been natural among humans. Disagreement is the default condition of mankind.

Q. Money and Bitcoin - Money is almost a dirty word nowadays, but it is actually a wonderful instrument for allocating resources and conducting trade efficiently. Without money, trading a fish at port for an apple thousands of miles away is very problematic. How do other “advanced” civilisations allocate resources and exchange goods and services without money?

HS: Barter. Sellers think not of money but goods. Highly advanced technology allows a sellers and buyers to seek one another quickly. Humans think of saving money; other civilisations think of saving physical objects and materials.

Q: As a libertarian, I love cryptocurrency, like Bitcoin, because it is a monetary instrument without government interference. The Illuminati probably hates it for the same reason. Does Bitcoin have a future, or is it going to fade away under government pressure?

HS: The Illuminati love cryptocurrencies, these instruments allow conflict, debate, fraud and misuse. Of all this chaos they extract benefit. Remember the HCPs or Illuminati do not want money, already having so much it lost value. The HCPs have reached and gone far beyond diminishing marginal return or utility. Crypto currencies will fade away when they are no longer useful, but not before. They currently serve a great purpose, to create financial controversy.

Q. Fusion Energy - After decades of research, some progress was reported in Fusion Energy recently. Will we see any mass deployment of fusion energy in the near future (20 to 30 years), or is it still centuries away?

HS: No.

Q. Prime Directive – not to interfere with indigenous population by extraterrestrials. ETs, for the most part, are supposed to observe but not interfere with human development/destruction (unless nuclear weapon is deployed), much like our anthropologists studying different cultures.  I read reports about trading activities between ET and various Earth governments, is that true? If so, doesn’t it violate the Prime Directive of non-interference? 

HS: True and no violation occurs if the transaction is voluntary, and the devices shown will not immediately be used to develop weapon capability beyond what is already developed and available by and to humans.

Q: Moses and Jews were led from Egypt and wandered around Sinai Peninsula for decades, and they were fed birds and bread by ET. Wouldn’t that also violate the Prime Directive?

HS: Yes, if no life plans existed for what you describe.

Q:   Building Pyramids in Egypt and monument at Puma Punku. ET came at various times and built massive structures on Earth. Why, and didn’t such construction activity violate the Prime Directive?

HS: The extraterrestrials were already visiting and needed the structures to assist them with navigation to and from Earth. The prime directive covers interference which would distort human life beyond what human decision or natural forces create. Visitors may ask, humans may accept or reject.
