The Higher Sources say that in a short period of time a number of natural calamities will occur around the world as a part of The Shift. Events like extreme weather, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, disruptions in earth's magnetosphere and other natural disasters will occur one after another and often simultaneously within a short span of time. Although these events will be frightening and stressful in the short run, these will fundamentally change the way we live, which is the purpose of such events. The Events of The Shift have already started and our journey towards the New Age has commenced. One of the key events of The Shift is worldwide volcanic ash eruption for a prolonged period of time. The effects of the ash in the upper atmosphere will be seen in a few years. Contrary to the expected global cooling, it will cause rapid global warming (reasons explained) and the meltdown of ice and glaciers will create the effects in this decade itself which the scientists had been anticipating to happen only in the next 50-100 years. Along with the other simultaneous key events, this will cause a dramatic change in the world which the mankind is unable to anticipate now

Prolonged eruptions of ash from a large number of volcanoes will cause ash to be accumulated in the upper atmosphere and create a ash-blanket around the world, cutting off 20-30% sunlight. Many plants would die or go into hibernation. Instead of the predicted global cooling, it will result in a rapid global warming, as the ash will prevent the heat from the earth escaping into space.
