Q: Esteemed HS, recent news has offered up more stories about extraterrestrial visitors. I even recently put up here, a long interview with Dr. Greer. Among many things discussed, Dr. Greer says US Navy camera footage released last year, taken by fighter aircraft in year 2004, shows in many cases, man-made objects. These were “reverse engineered” so he offers, from technologies discovered in crashed Visitor-To-Earth spacecraft. Is this true?
HS: Yes, in many cases but the notion the reverse engineering was accomplished solely by humans is not accurate.

Q: Please be accurate.
HS: It is not enough for humans to find a device which uses technology humans do not yet have or know, to allow it to be successfully copied or imitated, any more than chimpanzees could encounter an abandoned small plane then build an imitation which flies effectively, simply from having found one.

Q: Extraterrestrials helped us build small devices we could fly around at five and ten times the speed of sound?
HS: Of course.

Q: Why haven’t these devices been used as weapons?
HS: They have.

Q: But not serious weapons?
HS: Define serious, to understand your question. Humans have determined that use of such a device where debris or components could be found, might lead to the enemy target developing thus neutralizing the advantage held by nations which first located ET spacecraft.

We shall say; devices which locate targets are as much weapons as other devices which deliver warheads or explosive components.

Q: Recently over the past several years, news reports discussed the US Navy deployment of what were called “rail guns” which use magnetic fields not gunpowder, to launch projectiles at velocities far above what missiles can reach. The ability to launch a steel projectile at such high velocities, eight to ten times as fast as battleship’s guns or four times as fast as a missile, turned the projectiles into massive bullets; no explosion is required. Once the one- or two-ton chunk of iron hits a target, the energy delivered already far exceeds anything explosive delivered at conventional speeds.

Are these “rail guns” an outgrowth of the technology used to send the small, capsule or breath mint shaped objects zooming along at 15,000 kph?
HS: Yes.

Q: How do the rail guns work?
HS: These are very simple. Iron is very responsive to magnetism, plentiful on Earth thus inexpensive. No need to convert it into steel applies.

The projectile is magnetized temporarily by pressure contact patches and cables, held inside a tube or gun barrel. Another magnetic field is generated adjacent to it; the opposite pole is turned towards the projectile. Just as opposite poles of a small, handheld magnet attract, the projectile will be drawn by the stronger magnetic field, so forcefully that it will accelerate to hundreds or thousands of meters per second. The tube or barrel is aimed to achieve the trajectory required; the faster a projectile, the easier the trajectory can be plotted and the more accurate becomes the device. Two tons of iron striking at a velocity of two thousand meters per second will deliver sufficient energy to disable or demolish most any targets.

Q: Can these doohickies be put abord airplanes?
HS: They have but the recoil and accuracy both make this unwieldy. Missiles launched from aircraft are effective also and offer less disadvantage.

Q: Let’s re-visit the small capsules, about a meter or two in length. Dr. Greer offered that many of them are man-made.
HS: Many are.

Q: How’d we do that?
HS: With assistance from the owners of the crashed vessel.

Q: They helped us but why?
HS: The owners of the crashed vessel knew it would be more harmful to humans if the ships and devices were not explained. The concern was the general public would come to find out, believing advanced war technology was possessed by military enemies. Many people hearing such news would require a long time to reach a sense of peace and security again. Such people would remain quite convinced the technology would soon be used to destroy them and their nation.

Because humans cannot place weapons aboard such magnetically propelled devices or use them as such, yet have them remain undetected, this limited weaponry utility. Once a technology has contaminated a planet from afar, silence about it is usually a bad policy to adopt.

Q: Technically, how do the flying capsules work?
HS: The ones captured on military cameras are man-made and flown in the vicinity for the purpose of being seen and likely filmed. Alien ETs who visit Earth have no desire, purpose, benefit or advantage for themselves or for any civilization, including ours, to display such air capsules in the ways seen.

The capsules are magnetized from within, using Earth’s natural magnetic field as the “opposite pole”. The technology is the internal electromagnet, which is remote controlled.

Q: Why can’t we tune-in to the remote-control signal? Or can we?
HS: You can and may, but what shall be received is noise and static. The broadcast and receipt of radio waves or signals is coded, so that every third, fifth, sixth or eighth character, for example, is needed. The rest are irrelevant. S/he who does not know this can successfully decipher the human remote-control transmission but end up with just numbers. The safe- cracker as it were, cannot know to extract only every seventh or fourth character, and to disregard the remainder.

The code changes by the day, hour, or minute.

Q: How do the ETs control their unoccupied vessels or “drones”?
HS: With x-ray transmissions, or gamma rays but nothing from the electromagnetic spectrum humans use or might.

Q: How does the drone hover?
HS: The same way a heavy magnet can suspend even a ship.

Q: How does it propel itself, especially through water?
C: Water reduces the speed quite a bit, but the velocities available in a lake, river, sea or ocean remain so fast and so much more than humans believe can be developed, compared to anything humans acknowledge, that the underwater movement is still quite fast.

Magnetism operates like electricity, the one used to generate the other, either one. Gravity is the same force as magnetism, but absent physical movement which pushes along electrons.

Q: Please explain.
C: If an object is dropped from a flying aircraft, Earth will draw it closer; humans would say it “falls” because of gravity. This is true; if electricity is applied to an object which shall conduct it, a magnetic field is created. This causes electrons to be shifted from atom to atom.

Gravity is the force which emanates from inside an atom and holds the pieces together, forms compounds and holds the object together if it is hard or dense enough relative to surrounding matter.
For gravity, size matters; magnetism can overcome, slow or neutralize gravity. Think of gravity as the passive sibling, magnetism as the active twin of the pair. Q: How do the capsules fly?

HS: Very well, as you have seen in the footage.

Q: Bad question! Allow me to re-phrase; what procedures, steps and actions are taken or made to enable the object to fly?

HS: First allow us to explain magnetism and gravity, using electricity as a basis. A component in an electric circuit will attract a portion of the flow in exact proportion as its resistance bears to the total circuit. The lower the resistance, the less power flows.

The human body is a bad conductor and resists electricity, thus when applied to one of you, the electricity energy is prevented from flowing along and is blocked; it therefore flows into the human; this why a human can be electrocuted.

A piece of iron, copper or aluminum touching a live, energized cable will receive nil electricity flow, because the iron, copper and aluminum are excellent conductors, thus grasp no voltage or amperage, because they present nil resistance.
 
An object will either attract or be attracted by gravity, based on relative sizes of the surrounding bodies. This is the passive attraction.

To neutralize gravity requires presentation of a magnetic field of similar force relative to the amount of gravity acting upon the object to be suspended.

Less magnetism will allow some gravity to control an object; this allows the drone to descend. More magnetism will allow an object to rise or climb. Changing the orientation of the poles allows an object to be steered.

Q: How are these drones controlled and from where?
HS: Satellites.

Q: Why were US Navy craft permitted to see them?
HS: To fuel speculation.

Q: Could we make a large ship?
HS: Humans have and have concealed it. This large ship is easy to hide, by making it go faster if possibly visible from the ground or by other aircraft.

Q: These would be great weapons.
HS: They are superfluous as weapons, cannot detect anything better than satellites already do and cannot be made large enough to serve other purposes.

Q: Why can’t they be made “large enough”?
HS: Weight against limited power generation. As large as some airplanes are possible, several have been made and used but cannot remain airborne for more than several hours, but can circumnavigate Earth in that time. They are invisible at high speeds but can be seen when allowed to slow. Humans already have many aircraft which fly at 800 to 900 kph where no need to conceal conventional aircraft arises.

Q: How do Visitors-To-Earth manage to power their vessels?
HS: Miniature nuclear generators.

Q: In his interview, Dr. Greer mentioned how humans might direct some type of energy at Visitors-To-Earth but would have such efforts blocked, if we did that. What would be aimed at Alien ET craft in orbit or outer space and how would it be blocked?
HS: Laser beams are one option and this has been tried; the ETs simply divert the light beam with a mirror or mirror like surface. Polished steel is one option humans could use to shield against such effects.

The ability to generate powerful pulses of light. Using the same procedure as was and will again be done with the new electricity, could allow a vastly more powerful pulse of light to be directed at Alien ET craft out many tens of thousand of kilometers from Earth’s surface.

If such a potentially harmful act were attempted even once, the device would be neutralized.
